This was my first graduate role in technology fulfilling legal contract to tender bids across multiple security products and services in the technology sector. During my financial reporting experience I liaised with multiple regions prior to the enlargement of the European Union and trained accounts payable and receivable staff. Before the company became integrated as a multinational into Hewlett Packard it was the largest US IT multinational at the time with autonomy across the whole world for government solutions. During this role I supervised contractors as a informal contractor and Financial Planning & Analysis divisional specialist with CIMA Intermediate studies at BPP Moorgate on weekends.

Aug - Dec 2004: HP – Amen Corner, Bracknell, Operations Controller (£15ph)

Controlled the compliance of sales rebate. Overlooked HP supply chain infrastructure and global deals across all technology groups. Allied with multiple Service Solution Suppliers. Formed relationships with licensing & grey marketing departments as a fraud auditor. Point of contact for rebate terms and conditions with technology distributors

2005 Tyco Fire and security International, Heathrow A4 (£20ph)

Reported snapshots of management accounting results on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. This included budgeting reports. Reviewed sales in the pipeline and managed general ledger processes by supervising. Accounts Payable and Receivable. Enhanced internal compliance. Improved cash flow. Managed sales manager targets, commissions and trained them on methods to win bids. Liaised daily with the VP and HQ Directors.
